The Miller Family... always love my time reconnecting with them every year. Katie and I go back a ways. Many sweet memories of when they lived in Morton, including but not limited to having delicious baked goods randomly dropped at my door, gathering at her place every couple weeks for a girl's bible study, and attending many-a-themed party. Such a fun, solid family & I love getting to see their kids grow. They're all around 5 years apart, which I think is such a unique and sweet dynamic.

Enjoy a little peek into our photo shoot... we used the expanse of their amazing property for this session. I love it when we can incorporate meaningful locations, because it makes the pictures that much more meaningful. In fact, Katie had me snag a picture of her hubs, who just couldn't help himself not to be weeding during the photo shoot as we moved to various parts of the yard 😂 You can tell they love and care for this place so well-- it's beautifully maintained and the perfect place for a family to enjoy!

The family dynamic, relationship, and the memories made on that tree swing... catching those little snippets in time that represent a much bigger picture (the shepherding of children, sibling bonds, outdoor play). I love it. And I'm here to capture it!!!
